We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
5. Liability
Golden Rule Cleaning is insured. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the matter. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear and tear, or items that are not reasonably accessible or are improperly secured.
