Top to Bottom Deluxe + Move-In/Out
Top to Bottom Deluxe (TTB) is required for all new customers — resets the home to a maintainable level. Choose Empty for unfurnished homes (move-in/out), Furnished for occupied ones. No discounts on one-time or first-time cleans.

Common questions
Why does the price show a range?
Because two homes the same square footage can take different time depending on condition: number of pets, level of clutter, finishes, last-cleaned date. The low end is a maintenance-condition home; the high end is a heavier-than-average condition. We price by the job (not the hour) and give you a firm quote after a quick call.
Do you offer discounts on one-time cleans?
No. Discounts and promos apply only to recurring service. One-time cleans, move-in/move-out, and Top to Bottom Deluxe are priced as quoted.
What if my home is over 9,000 sq ft?
We provide a custom quote. Larger homes often need a 2-person crew or longer visits. Call us at the number on this page and we’ll get you a quote in 2 minutes.
Why is Top to Bottom Deluxe required for new customers?
A maintenance clean assumes the home is already at a maintainable level. If yours hasn’t had a pro clean in a while, jumping straight to bi-weekly maintenance leaves built-up dust + grime untouched. TTB resets to baseline so future visits stay efficient.
How do I get the $70 off?
Schedule recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at the same time you book your first clean. The $70 off applies to that first clean. If you decide to switch to one-time only, the discount doesn’t apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card on file (preferred), check on counter, or cash. Payment is due at the start of service.
Do you require a contract?
No long-term contract. You can pause, change frequency, or cancel anytime.
