$60/hour (2-hour minimum). Covers light cleaning AND laundry in a single visit, billed by time. No recurring plan required. Great for between regular visits or as a standalone service.

Why does the price depend on home size?
A 1,500 sq ft home takes about half the time of a 3,000 sq ft home. Pricing by square footage means you pay for what you actually use — no padding for someone else’s bigger house.
What if my home is over 9,000 sq ft?
We provide a custom quote. Larger homes often need a 2-person crew or longer visits. Call us at the number on this page and we’ll get you a quote in 2 minutes.
Why are bi-weekly cleans cheaper than weekly?
Weekly cleaning costs more because we’re back every 7 days — less time for buildup, but more total visits per month. Bi-weekly is the sweet spot for most homes.
Do you offer first-time discounts?

What forms of payment do you accept?
Card on file (preferred), check on counter, or cash. Payment is due at the start of service.
