A few things our move-in/out clean does NOT include
We do not wipe down or wash walls. Wall washing is a specialty service that needs different tools and a lot of extra time. If your walls need help, a painter for touch-ups is usually the right call.
Window cleaning requires specialty equipment and a separate visit. We don’t clean interior or exterior windows on move-in/out jobs. Happy to refer you to a trusted window-cleaning partner if you need one.
For crew safety, we don’t use tall ladders. If a fixture, vent, or high spot can’t be reached from a 2-step stool, it’s out of scope. Vaulted-ceiling fans, top shelves of two-story foyers, and exterior 2nd-story details are good examples.

Do you wash walls, clean windows, or use tall ladders?
No to all three. Wall washing and window cleaning are not part of our move-in or move-out cleaning service — both require specialty equipment and significant extra time. We also do not use tall ladders; anything above a 2-step stool is out of scope for crew safety. We focus on what we do best: deep cleaning everything else in the home. If you need windows or high-ceiling work done, we can refer you to a trusted partner.
How far in advance should I book a move-out cleaning?
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead, especially around end-of-month when demand spikes. Same-week is often possible if you call.
Can you clean while the house is empty?
Yes — empty homes are actually easier and faster for us. Just leave a key or lockbox code.
Will this clean help me get my security deposit back?
Our move-out cleans cover everything most landlords inspect: oven, refrigerator, cabinets, baseboards, bathrooms. If your landlord requires carpet shampooing, wall washing, or window cleaning separately, you’ll need to arrange those.
What if the home is still under construction or just renovated?
That’s a “post-construction” deep clean — mention this when booking so we bring extra supplies and budget extra time. Drywall dust + paint speckles take longer.
How long does a move-in/out cleaning take?
Most homes take 3-6 hours with a 2-person crew, depending on square footage and current condition. We give you a time window when we confirm your booking.
